Grape-Nuts Double Decker Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 Low Fat Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1 cup(s) Grape-Nuts Original
  • 8 floz Whipping Topping Mix
  • 1/4 cup(s) Apple Juice Concentrate
  • 1 floz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (4 serving size)
  • 2 cup(s) Cold Fat-Free Milk

Directions

Place Grape-Nuts in food processor, and blitz until finely crushed. Mix with juice concentrate until well blended. Press into bottom and sides of shallow 9 inch pie dish. Bake at 350F / 175C until lightly golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Pour 1 cup of milk into medium sized bowl, and add chocolate flavoured pudding mix. Whisk for 1 minute until thick, then gently stir in 1/2 of whipped topping and spoon onto crust.

Pour remaining milk into another bowl. Add vanilla flavoured pudding mix. Whisk for 1 minute until thick, then gently stir in remaining topping mix and spread over pudding layer and crust.

Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Special Extra - Garnish with fresh berries.
